The group's bulk order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. Rest assured, we've reached back out to the vendor to resolve this hiccup and expect to have the remaining units in our warehouse shortly.

I will never buy anything from Massdrop again. Ordered a Timex Military Expedition watch. It arrived JUNE 30th, in a well padded box, but the Timex box itself was scotch taped together on arrival, the product obviously recycled and then sent to me as 'new'. The watch was also defective--even the indiglo light didn't work. Then taking hours over the course of several weeks, writing FOURTEEN letters and until August to get a promised, but yet to show 'refund'--not showing the refund route back to me. Inept at every turn. Not a lot of money here--but a HUGE amount of frustration for me and incredible DYSFUNCTION from Massdrop. Their responses are typically computer generated and of course they have NO PHONE NUMBER Yes, folks--NO PHONE NUMBER and world class bad --silly to even call it "CUSTOMER SERVICE'?. In other words, no 'real' customer service. Then they stall, saying they want the transaction number for returns--as if they don't have it themselves. They send links that don't work in the world's 4 most popular internet browsers. The last letter was different, in that someone going by the name "Eva' blamed the carrier--UPS for all the issues--the delays in the return. B.S.--I tracked it on UPS--as usual, they were fast, efficient and user friendly. Total lack of integrity and zero assumption of blame or taking responsibility by Massdrop. If you want to take your chances and wait weeks to get a product that if you shop carefully, from places like Newegg, Amazon etc--you'll probably pay close to the same price anyways, but get it in a few days and have zero worries about returns and customer service after the fact--well, it's YOUR money to gamble with!
