The Nextorch E6 Long-Shot lives up to its name. Though it’s just 5.4 inches long, it can cast a 300-meter beam (that’s more than three football fields long). When you don’t need so much power, it offers plenty of other modes, too: high, medium, low, ultralow, momentary on, and SOS. To switch between them all, there’s a rotatable magnetic switch and a dual switch. Once you get familiar with the modes, you can quickly swap back and forth between them to adjust on a dime. The E6 impresses with a sturdy aerospace-grade aluminum body, which is also impact resistant and waterproof.
