Hey everyone, Now that the shipment is on its way to our warehouse, it is estimated to arrive on Monday. We have already alerted our warehouse staff about this shipment, so we should be able to process the bulk shipment upon arrival, and repackage them into individual orders before shipping them out to everyone very quickly. We are expecting to have these out to everyone by first half of the week. Cheers!

Like StormTrooper I also went and picked up an Anova instead. The min/max water level is troubling to me since I'd definitely intend to use this for longer sous vide projects and evaporation will be a much bigger issue.
Would love to hear what Nomiku users think after they get theirs. I'm definitely not ruling out getting multiple immersion circulators :).

djfluffkinsThat's a really understandable concern! We recommend users put plastic cling wrap over their bath or we have a custom lid template that you can use to make your own Nomi-lid :) http://www.nomiku.com/faq/
We regularly cook anywhere from 2-96 hour cooks with no issues :D
Enjoy your sous viding!

Review comparing the Nomiku, Sansaire, and Anova. I personally went for the Anova.

If you get this you must try making shrimp - I have never had anything so perfectly done and amazing as the ones I cooked. ( built my own machine but I really want a unit like this)

TheGoatEaterThat's awesome that you made your own. What's you setup? Also, why would you get the Nomiku or something like it if you already have your DIY kit?
