Anyone else getting static noise and popping even when no music is being played? Is there a solution or are mine faulty out of the box? Or maybe thats just normal?
LmaotagmeNo that is not normal. Does this happen with all sources? I.e with computer or other smart phones as well. Can you try resetting the earphones and see if that helps? To reset put the earphones to a pairing mode, then keep pressing all three buttons for about 2-5 seconds until you see red LED blinking five times.

LmaotagmeSorry I have missed this message.
We can arrange the replacement through Massdrop. So as Massdrop is a USA based entity, the warranty covers United States and Canada. Please go to your purchase order and click the support section. Contact Massdrop and write there that we have agreed to replace the earphones and ship a replacement unit to Massdrop, and then they can ship it to you internationally.

JyriHey Jyri, I've been thinking about my experience with the be6i iems and I think I would rather have something wired like the EDC IEMs. Is it possible to exchange the faulty ones for that?
