Welp, RIP the dream my friends...
As expected, MD doesn't have any other timepieces available, so they'll refund the purchase. They did include a prepaid UPS shipping label, so that's very much appreciated.
Steinhart offers a hand-wound Marine Regulator in 42mm, but it doesn't have lume and I'm not too keen on it's styling. I've been eyeing the new Nav B-Uhr A-Type Dual Time (GMT) in 44mm, so maybe I'll go with that piece, or just save the money for another future purchase.
The cheapest price for the set offered here with the rubber and titanium bracelets is $2,700 on Amazon, but the only vendor with stock doesn't ship to Puerto Rico... bummer.
Anyway, I want to thank all the replies and I hope the rest of the drop participants receive perfect timepieces. Also, thanks to MD support for the swift reply and resolution to the matter.
Also, about the "Returns Dept." shipping label... the vendor placed it so USPS would know where to return the package if it got lost in transit. Explanation by MD support makes sense.

I forgot to ask... did your box also have the "Returns Department" shipping label?

Roger that, thanks for the confirmation! How's the accuracy from the factory? My Aquis likes to run four seconds fast while worn and goes racing (+15 seconds) while resting dial up.

Soooo... I got the Regulateur today; arrived in five days, but that’s beacause it was shipped by the vendor and not MassDrop... (hint, hint @MassDrop , people want faster shipping options,).
Unfortunately, there is an issue with the watch, as in Oris’ watchmakers completely forgot to add lume to the 10 o’clock hour marker!

Obviously not a good situation, but this leads to the second problem... the shipping label on the box reads “MASSDROP INC. (RETURNS DEPT.)”!! I sent a picture of the label to Customer Support. I won’t post it here, as it shows my address. I’ll cut it out and post if anyone wants to see it.
Lets see what Customer Support suggests, but chances are they’ll want me to pay for return postage, and that would not be cool on a $1,699 watch which has to be insured, which should bring the total shipping price over $120.
I‘l update once I get a response from CS.

Hey there,
The watch looks awesome in person. For the 2017 refresh they ditched the sapphire bezel found on the Aquis Date and switched it for a matte ceramic bezel that looks very nice. The dial has a matte finish (not sunburst like the 2014-2015 Aquis Date) and the titanium construction makes it very light. All the numerals and markers on the sundial are lumed with SuperLuminova BGW9, as well as the hands and the hour markers (or they should be... : ), and they are bright. The 12:00 o'clock pip on the bezel is also lumed, though the rest of the numerals aren't.
The rubber strap tapers a bit more when compared to the Aquis strap, though they have the same lug width, so they should be interchangeable with the Aquis Date. The strap seems thinner than the one on my Aquis Date, but it still smells of vanilla. They changed the lug screws from a flathead to a three-legged asterisk, hence, the inclusion of the specialized screwdriver to change from strap to bracelet. They also include two extra lug scre in a little vial.
The titanium bracelet is very light, though solid, but the links are slightly thinner compared to the stainless steel bracelet for the Aquis Date. The links are retained by screws, and they are still flathead, not the new style found on the lug screws.
The bezel action is much improved over the Aquis Date; it takes less effort to move and clicks are positive, though there is some backplay, just like with the Aquis Date. Compared to the Aquis Date, the Regulateur's case is entirely brushed, and the brushing is very uniform. The tops of the lugs on the Aquis Date are polished, as well as the clasp on the strap; the clasp on the Regulateur is also brushed titanium.
The "waterproof" case the set comes in is nice, though I don't believe it's a real Pelican case.
Regarding the movement, I did encounter an "issue" when setting the time for the first time. When I advanced the hands by one hour I felt a disconcerting bump when crossing 12:00 o'clock; I felt the bump a second time when I advanced another hour, but afterwards the bump disappeared. The best way I can describe it is like the bump you feel when you quick-set the date. It only did that twice and then stopped. The watch worked as expected and the hands operated without issues.
The bracelet came completely wrapped, and that was also the case with the watchhead, the tops and bottoms of the lugs, the clasp on the rubber strap and every surface of the milled deployant.
It is an awesome watch and I was missing a regulateur on my collection. Only 11 of the 13 units on offer were sold, so I'm hoping the vendor can send a replacement, but I'm not keeping my hopes up.
Finally, the watch came with the Oris minibinder, but the only items included inside are the universal instruction manual and the Service and Repair booklet; the Oris warranty card or registration papers are not in the box.
Let me know if have any other questions.

PorkycocoThis looks to be the 2017 refresh; it's the only regulator model and colorway available on Oris' website.
