Scam. BIG and TALL size!
This needs a BIG and TALL in the title as well as somewhere in the product description.
As of now I got scammed for 200 bucks on this trash chair.

Just unboxed, pleased so far!
Have not had too much time with this chair yet, but it is definitely big compared to my old Walmart special. Assembly was SUPER easy, and I am very impressed with the build quality. Would def recommend this chair!
Edit: I am 6’1 ~250 lbs. Probably longer legs than torso. Chair fits me perfectly. This chair would probably not be the best option for someone under 6’

HOLY CRAP IT CAME 2 WEEKS EARLY!! - but I wish I knew that ahead of time. Nice surprise, I can't lie.
The chair - Easily assembles, this was far easier than my last chair(s) of 'lesser quality and $'. The hardware was actually tapped with correct thread counts/pitches - butter - harware was just butter smooth. The holes were clear and easy to find.
The material is smooth, ample cushion yet remarkably firm for the seat bottom, the material is very smooth and pleasent to the touch. The whole chair comes in at 63.7 lbs (~25 kilos) this weight is explained when you go to install the height adjust piston (steel frame seat frame/arm rest supports - see photos) I was surprised to see that. For the price I paid on Drop.com - I was expecting another 'Inland mistake' - I never thought I'd spend money on a Quality chair for my PC desk.... and I STILL haven't.
This chair is built well, its comfy, sturdy, adjustable aesthetically appealing. THANK YOU for offering this chair especially at the price it was sold for - I wouldn't have done it otherwise. Thanks!!
I will update this Review as time goes on. Because with furniture and other Durable Goods - the initial pleasure (as long as everything was good) wears off, the True Opinion starts to form. That and we will see how the durability rating will do.

Update 7/7/19 - Chair still doing great, it really is a true pleasure sitting in it vs. my old one. The foam in the seat/lumbar/pillow are still very firm and rigid - no signs of softening from wear and tear yet! Love it, would definately buy again! NOTE: I do have to agree with others the pillow is a bit too firm BUT I would rather it this firm over being too soft and mushy. 10/10 Chair Comfort/Features and Durability!

Assembly was straight forward and all components were shipped without damage. This is my first chair not bought from Ikea or Office Depot and so far the quality and comfort feels superb. The included cushions are fantastic with their ability to be tailored to your liking or removed completely. All in all, a fantastic chair.

Quick assembly, easy to put together, without needing to look at the instructions, hard but still comfy. This chair is designed for tall people, do not expect to use this with a low/short desk.
There are 2 big issues with this chair. First is that rail on the side of the seat, they are far too aggressive and restrict leg comfort and irritates my thighs. second issue are the head and lumbar pillows, they are too large and too hard, i'm starting to have issues with my neck. I'm going to replace the foam inside the pillows with pillow filler.
