EmilienternetI use these ones https://www.amazon.com/ETY-Plugs-Fidelity-Earplugs-Standard-Frost/dp/B0015WJQ7A/ and I've never had issues front row at rock/metal shows and airshows, but also used them while playing in an orchestra.
