Just placed in a drop for this before reading the comments below about international shipment. Can MD please confirm if there will be any issue shipping this to Thailand?

Though, I am very confused. Can you tell me why I've just been updated that my order (Order No. MD-57996-2865962 // FEDEX: GM295322949113690069) has shipped when you mentioned you'd be canceling all the international orders?
Did anyone from the last drop (Feb 18) had this actually delivered to them?
After one month since MD advise this was supposedly out for delivery by FedEX, I never end up receiving the item and there was no communication from MD. After contacting MD community, they got back to me and told me that the parcel had gone missing. Now I am no MH370 expert but I smell a rotten fish.
If I hadn't interrogated MD about this then I would never have been made aware of the situation as there was no attempts of communication. I am also dissatisfied about the response from MD customer service. They basically just told me to suck it up, the parcel got lost - not their problem, if I want this item I can request this drop again in the future.

I worked it after reading the threads here that there was a screw up on MD's part for not disabling the international shipping. I am in Australia but I was still able jump onto this drop due to this error on MD's part.
That means the MD customer rep was just dishonest in her response:
"Thank you for contacting Massdrop Community Support. My name is Gwen, and I would be happy to help.
I am looking at your tracking information and based on the amount of time passed, your package is most likely lost in transit to the courier."
It's obvious that MD hasn't bothered contacting me to admit fault and sent out bogus FedEX tracking which was an invalid tracking info anyway as it just came me an error on FedEX tracking website. The parcel was in fact never shipped due to shipping restriction but of course MD doesnt want to admit to this and give the impression that they screwed this one up again (fourth time according to previous 3 times already mentioned in this thread). It was suppose to slip under the radar and if I hadn't inquired about it then I bet they would have quietly kept the money for this transaction as well.

"Relying less on chemicals and more on natural solutions" this sentence makes me want to facepalm someone. Every single thing in these products is chemical, just like every other god damn thing on this planet.
Hilarious, international shipping is available once again and yet based on past three drops MD does not ship it outside US. I wonder what's going through their heads?
So I got an e-mail stating this would be refunded as I don't live in the US. It would be nice if they had given a choice as to giving a US address to ship this to. I have the feeling the mail forwarding service I use would have less qualms about sending shoe cleaning materials to Europe.
JohnMaWow I would really double-check, this package should not be able to be shipped by air according to regulations, unless they have changed the rules.
