i have found in my limited time here that the prices are not usually cheaper, especially when you consider the time to deliver. Also, if things like the snugpak is a discovery to you, then don't go outdoors.
I haven't visited MD in months, so I'll make sure to turn off notifications because I no longer care...
LordOpieI'm actually camped on the beach in southern Thailand RIGHT now, I probably spend much more time outdoors then you, A-hat. Good to hear you'll turn off notifications, no one needs your snide remarks.
I was psyched once I saw the price.... until.....I clicked to buy. (Cue the whaa whaa Fail horn) 7.75$ for shipping.... REALLY?! Walmart.com has this for 34$ with free 2 day delivery to home or store.
I now find myself Googling items sold here for a price match.... I'd say 80% of the time, it's cheaper elsewhere, ESPECIALLY where shipping costs are concerned. Cmon Massdrop!
This would be a good deal if they didn't gouge you with the shipping and handling charge. You can buy this on Amazon at the same price and have it in a day or two.
$24.99 is basically a click bait price, s you can purchase the black jungle blanket from Amazon for $30.04 delivered, which is $2 less than the actual delivered price from Massdrop, due to their killer shipping costs.
The green is basically the same price on Amazon with free shipping.
I check every advertised drop now, due to their draconian shipping charges.
Once in a while you run into a drop where there is free shipping, like on gear like socks.
Good price, as Walmart, and Amazon are selling for $32.15, and $33.99 respectively.
However, Massdrop ruins a good thing, by literally adding 30% more, or $7.75 for shipping.
The total ends up being $32.74, so very little difference in price.
I can simply order from Walmart, and drive down the street when I am getting fuel, or groceries, and pick it up at Walmart.
Massdrop deals are about as good as a old brick on sale lately. $2.20 less than Amazon and like silverspurr59 has said, no waiting with amazon and MUCH easier to return.
Well I wasn't arguing, just confused about an inconsistency in your comment. But since you offered, the way I'd like to take it is that it wasn't marked Prime. Like I said above, Prime items don't take several weeks to ship. (And if they ever did, you'd be compensated for that.)
Again, not arguing. Not every internet comment is an attempt to start a fight. (Just 99% of them.) Have a nice day!
Just bought it on Amazon, will get it Thursday ;-)
Oh, and I paid less than Massdrop as well, plus their great after sale customer service.

SpiritOneIt's amazing--$25 is a good price, but add 30% for shipping and Amazon.com looks much better. And you don't have a 30-day limit to the customer service...
Aggressive shipping prices are ruining Massdrop for me. My time is more valuable: $2 higher item price w/free two-day shipping (Amazon) vs. better price + ~$8 shipping in a month (Massdrop). Do your own math, but I refuse.
