These cones on the actual superiorthread.com site are 11.90, so buying two there is 23.80, with free shipping at $50, and you can choose from the entire color selection - this seems to be the opposite of a good massdrop deal.

Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.

How do you order all 10 colours? Do you have to do 5 seperate orders or can you combine postage and get them all in one order?

You can get all 10 colors in one order. When you commit or join, you go to the screen where you can choose your colors. Choose QTY 1, select two colors, choose yes or no for the optional thread holder. Once you're done with all your selections you'll see a button that says add another order. Click that and do the same thing all over again choosing two new colors. So on and so on until you have all the colors you want. Hope that helps!
