We spoke with the vendor earlier today and we were informed that the labor dispute at the port is still affecting the entire shipment schedule for this order.
The container carrying the shipment did arrive on 2/3/2015 as we were previously informed but due to port congestion and labor negotiations vessel has not docked into terminal for offloading. As of today, there is 15-20 vessels arrived into Oakland awaiting to be docks and containers to discharge on vessel. The vessels are averaging a 2-3 weeks minimum upon arrival for vessel and container to become available. Unfortunately, this is affecting everyone who is importing good through US West Coast Ports.
We were given a tentative fulfillment time frame of the week of 2/23 in the meantime based on what we are given right now.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 2/19 or sooner.

nelsonSuper disappointing news. I realize it isn't Massdrop's fault, but this is starting to get a little bit ridiculous.

etbjornsenAccording to my tracking number there has been zero progress with moving the units. Last update was 1/21 when the shipping label was created... "Order Processed: Ready for UPS".
