You’re looking for a carabiner, but not just for your keys. You need something serious, a device ready to haul stuff up a mountain or let you lift essentials at the end of the world. Brought to the breaking point at 3,905 pounds and outfitted with all the extra tools you need, the Ti2 SAE Para-Biner PB9 is durable enough to last through the worst and functional enough to raise you up to clearer skies.
Note: This drop is for the SAE version only.
The body is constructed out of grade 5 titanium (6Al4V) for industrial strength durability, as is the torsion spring billet gate, so no matter how many times you hook, unhook, or (heaven forbid) drop the Para-Biner, it’ll stay at the same high level of utility. Applying to endless use cases, the PB-9 includes a Para-Cinch and bottle opener that tightens your paracord and pops open your brews, a Para-Cleat to tie down your gear, a bit driver that fits 1/4” hex bits, a flathead screw driver that functions as a pry bar or a box opener, and nine wrench openings for typical standard measurements.
For even more function, the PB-9 boasts a Para-Pulley to facilitate directional change and reduce friction in your paracord. On this drop, you will receive both the single and twin Para-Pulley, both made of bearing grade bronze 544. The single pulley is meant for lines with 1/2” diameter and the twin pulley works best with paracord, letting you work with a variety of cable sizes and materials. If you grab two Ti2 SAE Para-Biners, you can engineer a double tackle set-up that gives you a four-to-one advantage when lifting. To keep all your cords neat and ready to go, wrap paracord around the four corners and always be prepared with a pre-configured set-up.
