Again, as I said earlier, that link is broken. If go to the site and click on "Customer Service", it seems to work. I'll email CS@WOOLPRO.CC as it says on the site (no clue why you couldn't have said that here). Regarding care instructions, I have plenty of merino wool products that don't have holes in them after using them three times. Do you have care instructions on your website?
