On Chinese site, this is not labeled as balanced. They have a balanced product with two tubes in their TA-20

tiger9502The other dead give away is that if it was a true balanced design, it would have 2x as many amplifiers for the balanced out stage (meaning more power for the balanced - yet both are rated at 2w @ 32 ohms). This is pretty definitely a single ended amp with a 4-pin XLR jack.
