Zhen VG-10 3-Layer Forged Kitchen Knives

So, I posted the review, made the comment to my wife. Then she tells me that after I sharpened the Massdrop X Apogee one she likes it the best. It glides through the food now and it's heavy enough to help slicing down veggies. I guess that means you just need to sharpen it and not review it with the manufacturer's sharpness. Full disclosure, I dont believe myself to be more than at mediocre skill sharpening knives. That's how bad it was from factory and how good this knives both are, just a matter of taste. I still would have bought more of the Zen :)

Damn, I missed out on the chef's knife! :( maybe next time. The handles on these look better than the ones on amazon too.
