Product Description
Kitchen shears can be a cook’s best friend. Great for things like breaking down poultry and shellfish, snipping delicate herbs, slicing open tough packaging, and quickly cutting uniform pieces of meat, they offer the user more torque than with a traditional knife Read More
I have been using these for sometime (almost time to sharpen) but they are great, they are thin but strong and cut anything I can throw at them in the kitchen. If they come back I highly suggest snagging a set!
Sturdy, hefty, sharp cutting edges, and these shears come apart. With the right equipment, these shears are easy to resharpen when needed. Overall, a good value!
Pretty good, come apart really easily, but can rust
These are reasonably good, nice and solid and chunky, they come apart easily and they cut nicely.
However, recommend against putting them in the dishwasher as they rust.

Sturdy
Got these as a second pair of kitchen shears for a multi-cook kitchen. The handles are slightly, umm, utilitarian, but the blades are aligned well and have good bite as they cut. So easy to take apart and just put into the dishwasher.
Construction decent, but machining a little rough. Handle thin and uncomfortable when cutting bones or harder materials. Blade edge decent. Rusted around pivot point after several runs through dishwasher. I previously purchased a Gunter Wilhelm pair of shears which are still going strong - would pay a bit extra for next time.
I recommend hand washing if you buy.
These have excellent cutting power and make tasks like cleaning up chicken easy. My only complaint is the handle has no coating and is not very ergonomic, especially for larger hands, which causes some discomfort for heavier cutting tasks such as cutting through joints and small bones (think spatchcocking). Other than that they are great and really easy to clean and use.
Edit: be sure to wash them by hand shortly after use, don't leave them sitting in the sink or they will pick up some rust.
Nice and sharp right out of the package. The handles are a little thin which can add pressure when cutting harder materials. This is made up for by the simplicity in their construction resulting in easier cleaning. I have no problem using these to piece a chicken & I know I'll be able to get them completely clean after.
