How does this compare to EarStudio ES100?

ManbearAs the developper I don't want to do a comparison, it would be biased, but GET has a more powerful Amp to allow for full size headphones

ManbearI've owned both and I prefer the EarStudio ES100. I still have the ES100.

jerick70Am I right in saying that the ES100 does not have a mic?
Part of the appeal of this GET for me is that it converts any high quality low-impedance earphone or IEM into a headset. I've used the GET with its mic, for a long 2-hour telecon, and it worked beautifully. Can the ES100 do this?

jerick70Yes, you're right! I had to actually watch the video on the Amazon.com page to see a mention of the mic. They don't mention it in the detailed product description, not even in the specifications. How weird. Thanks for clarifying.

diyaudioI've been trying quite a few Bluetooth enabled DACs. I just had a iFi xDSD delivered. I have to say it's even a better solution for pure audio than both of these. It doesn't have a mic though that I can find. Does MQA and has a dual mono amp section. Pretty killer Bluetooth DAC.
