This is my first drop. How do I know when my Blue Box ships? Should I receive an email? I checked my transactions and it still shows estimated ship date of 1/16/2018. Please help
KapilCYour comment looks very familiar lol. I don't know if your order situation is the same as mine, but I have contacted support about my order for this drop and have received an email stating the following: It's been brought to our attention that the item you ordered has become back ordered by the vendor. Currently, we do not have a new ship date announced. We sincerely apologize for this situation and are doing everything we can to make it right.
Given the situation, I have a few options for you:
A.) We can wait for the item to arrive at our warehouse and ship it to you as soon as possible.
B.) We can cancel your order and issue a full refund
Please let me know your preference by 1/18/18 and I will gladly get that started for you. If we do not hear back, we will default to keeping you in the drop until further notice.
RedDogIt is indeed copied from your comment as the situation is same :), i see that some people have received tracking numbers so was wondering. I wouldnt want to cancel the order but would like to know when .
KapilCI replied to the email that I received that I would like to wait for the item to arrive. I just received a response that said some orders have shipped but some are on back order and that I will receive an email when they have a new ship date. I also just received a drop status update that I assume was sent to all participants in this drop. I hope that this helps and that you have a good day.

I received a slightly different notice regarding the delay:
Due to an unexpected delay, these orders may ship later than the original estimated ship date. Our apologies for any inconvenience. If we find that the drop is going to be delayed by more than 30 days, we will let you know.
If you would prefer to cancel your order, please contact Community Support using the “Contact Support” button on your transactions page and our Community Support Team will be able to help cancel your order up until it is ready for shipment.
RedDogI got an email today saying it is shipped, dont know the weight yet but hopefully not Jive. luck has been pretty bad lately. I hope it changes with this.
KapilC@RedDog I got 0.8 lbs/0.36 Kgs when label created. Hope its something good as i dont see those weight dimensions on this discussion page. Im glad its not a Jive.
