While it looks great and is quite stylish, but it's functionality is a bit disappointing. Most of the time, it takes several actuations to produce a flame. Further, the flame adjustment screw has limited effect on the flame height and it's just not a very tall jet.

Got 2 of these for a couple managers at a large car dealership I do work for and they loved them.They said they were nicer than some lighters they had seen that were 4x as much costwise.These guys are cigar enthusiasts and said they would recommend this lighter to all their friends.
