VarholiaglimpWell I bought it because of the reviews and I wanted something really nice sounding, because I was tired of my "gaming headset". I have akg 7xx and wanted something to drive them also.
I didn't think I took that big of a hit, I bought mine on mass for the 399 plus tax. So 250 is more that half.
Why I sold mine is I got a new mic that is XLR so I need an interface and don't need 2 interfaces and the X7 doesn't support XLR.

jkiejrThanks for letting us know your reasons. Were you disappointed with any other aspects of the X7 LE aside from the absence of XLR support?

VarholiaglimpNo, if I wasn't getting a new mic or had space on my desk I would be still using it, it is a powerful system with plenty of features.
