I have a Schiit Mjolnir 2 in backorder now for over 6 months and they keep on changing delivery date. Might jump ship and go for the H20. Seems very capable to drive the Ether C.

AftermanYes... On their site it says; "Status: Backordered. Orders placed now are expected to ship the week of February 22nd ."
But when I ordered it said the same about September! Every month, a few days before reaching the date, they move it one month up. No email from them, nada. When I email they are sorry and tell me there is a component shortage... Will email them in a moment and will let you know their reply.

Other amps I would consider, if the Mjolnir 2 would not be produced soon; the Audio-gd and the Little Dot 6+. I want a balanced in balanced out amp. If I would spend more money I would go for the Auralic Taurus mk2 probably.
Upside of the H20 is that it works on both 110 and 220 volts. Not many do... And I work internationally, so moving might be in the cards.

DpboursSaw someone selling Auralic Taurus Mk2 on Headfi. Just ordered a Beyerdynamic T1.2 when it went on sale last week so looking for a new amp also.

Dpbours...I feel for you. I waited almost 3 months and just canceled. I'm glad I saw your post, because I definitely wouldn't have wanted to wait 3- or 4 more. Ordered the MZ2 from LTA, because I wanted rolling and pre-amp capabilities, and not really set on balanced drive yet.

DpboursI myself got super lucky and got a Mjolnir 2 second hand off reddit (AVexchange). Very good amp, powers both my high impedance and low impedance stuff with insane headroom. HD 540 Golds and HE 1000 V1 both get everything they want from it and more. I'd say its worth the wait but half a year IS a very long time. Maybe this could hold you over but I'm not sure how easy this is to sell.

BeyondMaxPowerHave you heard the H20 as to make a brief comparisson with the MZ2 please. I'm sure the MZ2 is going to be the better, but how much?
