Hauform Brick Cutting Board

Bought the biggest one. Gotta say, so far it feels like a great investment. Doesn't show up any marks from knives, and it's so fun to work with I feel joy when I need to cut something on that board. :)

I appreciate the tip and response. I believe you that a knife won't ruin it. I'm just happy using it like it is and I decided to just keep using the cheap plastic boards for the restaurant. :D

Thank you for the kind words. Don't worry about ruining the cutting board. End grain cutting boards are very strong and a knife will not ruin them. Just be sure to oil it once it starts to dry out, couple months depending on how much it is used, and it will look good as new.
