Any of you actually just ask Jaybird about the warranty?
I had a set of these and took them back to Best Buy. My personal opinion here, these did not sound any better than my $30.00 wired Skull Candy buds.
I bought a pair of 66 Audio via Amazon, if you don't mind BT headphones, check those out.
