how do these hook to a pc, can they or do you need a special connection to do so,and do they come in 1 or 2.I am just starting in the audio world sorry

fuskyYou can plug them directly into your PC with this: http://www.amazon.com/Hosa-CMP159-Stereo-Breakout-10-Feet/dp/B005HGM1D6. You might have a lot of noise if your PC has a crappy audio card. If so, getting an external DAC is the way to go.

fuskyyou need to get something like http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000HVXMNE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and from it you connect to speakers either with 1/4 inch to 1/4 inch or 1/4 inch to xlr. My setup is from pc to audio intreface and from there via 1/4 to XLR. btw the price here is for 1 speaker.
