Is anyone experiencing a constant hissing noise when the speakers are on? Even if my laptop isn't plugged in

I replied to your post on reddit but I thought I'd answer you here as well. All powered speakers will exhibit white noise to some degree. If you are still hearing hiss at about 3' away it's probably something to be concerned with.
