Update:
I have now received a refund on my return postage, which I am very thankful for.
I honestly thought these guys were different so I jumped on board their latest campaign and ordered two watches (about 18 months ago now) After the delivery period was repeatedly pushed further and further back -by around 7-8 months- (all the while we were being told it was because they didn’t want to compromise on quality) our watches finally arrived from the factory with fixed bezels when they were supposed to rotate!! Given the option to wait a further few months to have this rectified or take the fixed bezel option, I chose the latter as I thought I could live with a fixed bezel on a (desk) Diver. But, when it arrived it was fixed in a misaligned position! It was only around 1mm but it was obvious, and enough to be quite annoying. The second watch I had ordered also had light scratches on the rear (as though it was a refurbished return or something) I decided to return them for a refund, which they provided, but I was forced to pay my international return postage which I do not believe is right. On top of this, the emails I have sent them to try and have this situation sorted out fairly have now been ignored. I’m very disappointed and actually really surprised as I genuinely thought these guys were different. Well done if you’ve had a good experience with LIV, but I certainly won’t be buying another of their products or recommending anyone else do either.
I’ve just joined the drop, but I would like to see a photo of the watch in the dark to see the lume. I still have some doubts.
