Just wanted to leave my initial impressions.
First off, the general packaging on this one was really well done; really expresses the care and quality that went into these. The included hard case looks robust yet compact for storing these when not in use. Now onto the actual fit, probably the most comfortable ones I've tried in recent memory. The Noble Xs feel too big to me, these are closer to the Westone UM series, which I loved (UM1 and UM3x). As for actual sound, pretty much mirrors what's already been said here. I'm paired to the m9xx and playing some flacs in foobar or streaming some google music (subscriber), I've got no complaints. Sound is detailed with a hint of playfulness and most importantly not fatiguing; would recommend to others if you've missed the first drop.
