I got a pair from the last drop with lightning cable. The cable was lost/misplaced soon afterwards. Is there anyway to buy a replacement?

anzupassenMassdrop doesn't sell individual parts from drops so @romko is correct. You would need to buy the replacement at full cost from the vendor (Still cheaper than rejoining the drop just for the cable ;) ).
