I'm trying to decide between these and the Steelseries Arctis 7 wireless. Anyone have any suggestions?

GriffsterThe sound quality & microphone is a lot better on this headset. The main thing is whether you want wireless or wired. This headset is at a really good price & they are really good for gaming in games like CS:GO.

KarlGaffThanks. How bad is the sound leakage? My computer is on my desk and can get quite loud when the fans start up.

Griffsterits not the best at isolating & cancelling noise, mainly due to the velour pads! Its not the worst tho & you should be fine. BUT if you buy some leather ear pads it'll eliminate the problem.

KarlGaffThanks for the help, but I think I am going to get the arctis 7. My house can get loud and I enjoy being immersed in my games. I found a referbished set for $90, so I am going to use the extra money I would have spent on this one + pads to get a new mouse.

GriffsterI would second the Arctis for your use case, these are much a much nicer headset, but they are open backed, meaning you won't get any noise cancellation by design.
