This review is solely for the bag itself - I had no need of the power banks so I can't comment on those. First: I was notified this morning had been shipped, then I received it a few hours later. A happy accident I'm sure, but it was a nice surprise since I have a trip this weekend and had assumed I wouldn't have this in time. Second: All the reviews I've seen are dead on. Feels very solid without being heavy, looks nice (I have the gray version), and I see no reason to expect it would fail in the short-term. If it fails from my trip this weekend I'll be sure to update this way-too-soon review, but so far I am exceptionally pleased. Update 1: this won't affect my rating, but I see two negatives so far. First, the included cord is slightly too short for my Anker 26800 battery pack. It works fine when the bag is closed, but it doesn't reach very well when opened 180 degrees. Based on the pictures I can't really see how a Naztech branded battery would work any better, but I suppose the possibility exists. Second, the placement of the battery is unfortunate for all but the biggest pack Naztech sells. For slimmer (non 120v) packs it simply works better off to the side. Otherwise, you sort of have this object dead center in your bag, which could lead to increased pressure on your laptop depending what else you put in the battery/laptop compartment. Not a deal breaker by any means, but less than ideal as currently designed. Update 2: Well, first off I should take back my first comment from Update 1 - the cord length is fine, I'm just a dummy. Second, within about 30 seconds of seeing this thing my wife wanted one too, so I ordered her one as soon as the next drop came. Her shipping was sort of better than mine - it arrived three days ago, and I just received the 'product shipped' notification from Massdrop just a few minutes ago. So that's nice! Hers looks to be about the same as mine in every way, no noticeable flaws or anything. To add to my first experience traveling with the bag: a. It fits fine under the seat of an airplane. I would assume that people with longer legs might get somewhat uncomfortable as it takes up a fair amount of that room, but short of carrying just a briefcase I assume that's a problem for them anyway as stretching out is rarely an option these days. b. The bag worked great for airplane travel, and simplified my hotel experience as well as I didn't have to get terribly detailed in how I was packing it. Everything just 'fit'. c. I also wore this for a few hours a day outdoors for some fieldwork. While I don't think I'd recommend it long term as the fabric probably isn't up to that task (it'll at least absorb a fair amount of sweat, and doesn't appear to be terribly resistant to dirt and such) it did hold up fine and I wasn't uncomfortable wearing it. The only thing of note here is the 'hidden' RFID pocket can make the bag somewhat uncomfortable to wear for a long period of time depending on the size/shape of what you have in it. In my case, even just an average sized wallet was very clearly noticeable. That said, given the purpose of the pocket it's worth a little discomfort for the time you need it. Only way to improve it would be to maybe make it more 'formed' on the interior (similar to the top pocket for glasses and such) with a hardened lid liner so that way it would never protrude into your lower back. d. Finally, I do think there is enough room in this bag for the average person to go a night or two without needing an extra bag. That's dependent on accessories of course, but given all my electronics and field gear (plus jacket!) I had room to spare. e. Get the gray if you can, it's really quite fetching.

Holds everything I need for school and I live having access to power for my computer. One critique would be that the long zipper st the back of the pouch shouldn’t zip all the way down and around, you don’t need it to open that much!

Ive been using this backpack for 4 weeks, and have 3 full sized textbooks, one small textbook, an AP reference book, 1inch binder, and 4 3 subject notebooks with folders that go with them. I have the volt power bank, a laptop, a charger, sunglasses, and a small tablet, as well as a wallet in the anti rfd slot, and a pencil bag and several things in each of the pouches inside of the front compartment. This backpack has been through heavy rain multiple times already, and the lock holes on the zipper of the laptop pouch work well. It’s a tight fit, but it all fits without to much trouble. It’s a great bag, with cable management areas, and I’d definitely recommend.

This bag is amazing. Durable as hell and has tons of great features. Honestly I was surprised at the superior quality of this thing. Best backpack I have ever owned.

This is seriously warped. I just received my bag and it has a defective seam that prevents two of the zippers from opening and closing properly. The mfr wants me to pay for shipping to and from their location. For a bag that was never used and just received! Terrible customer support if they want you to pay for their mistakes!

It's a really nice pack, and the battery feature is great, but it's super bulky. Can't really use it as a general traveling backpack as it doesn't really have room for a sweater or jacket, that type thing. Traveling for business though? Perfect.

Excellent Backpack and Battery
It lasted me years and was loved until the day that it broke from wear and tear. 100% worth it.

Phenomenal Backpack for work or travel
I've taken this bag to 6 states and 1 foreign country. This thing travels well, taking hits or being shoved under seats with no noticeable shifting to any of the interior contents. It also looks great, too. It doesn't appear to have any stains or dirt after all of my traveling. I particularly liked how roomy the laptop sleeve is, as I put a portable monitor in that sleeve for use with a nintendo switch or steam deck.

I carry this bag w/ me everywhere
This bag is great. It fits all my daily carry items in a nice stylish bag. The onboard battery has been helpful for times when I wasn’t going to be stationary long enough to charge my phone/headphones/tablet/whatever. I have a 10ft charging cable poked out the wire hole and can pull access power anytime I need to. Thanks

Durable & Reliable
I have been using this backpack just about everyday(since May of 2019), whether it be for travel or for work. I did not buy any of the battery packs that are optional to be provided(nor do I use any others really), so unfortunetly I don't have any input on those. I can safely say that this bag is worth the listed price that it comes at. It's been my daily driver for almost a year now and it hasn't shown any signs of wear as far as I can tell. It has plenty of compartments and pockets for items, although it's honestly best if you're travelling light. I wouldn't really recommend this bag for people that need or tend to pack a lot of items. I do find the hidden compartment on the back for documents to be super handy and secure, especially if you need to keep your passport, wallet, and phone somewhere that's easy to access. It will also easily fit under most airplane seats.
