Out of Order watches are—like the company’s name implies—meant to look beat up. It’s that rugged, worn look that makes them special. Part of a limited-edition run of 200 pieces, the Out of Order Iron Bridge automatic is a diver-style timepiece that looks like it’s been on the wrist of a veteran diver for years—so you needn’t worry about knocking it around a bit. The dial is bold and easy to read, with thick markers at the cardinal hours and a date window at 3. The hour hand stands out, in particular. Shaped like a sceptre of sorts, its immediately recognizable look makes reading the time at a glance easy. With a name like the Iron Bridge, the watch had to be tough, which is why it’s made with a stainless steel case and sapphire crystal. Inside the 100-meter water resistant case is a Miyota 8215 movement.
