I have read numerous reviews about the iphone microphone cables and they all rate them as being very poor build quality. Please do your research before purchasing the Iphone Mic cable as a majority of the reviews I read were lackluster. Most of the reviews stated that the user had gone through 2-3 pairs of cables within a year (replacement covered by warranty). Main complaint was material used and splitting of cables.
There were no complaints about the original cables that come with the SE215s.
