Always hard to gauge how "easy to use" a camera will be for people. Some people can pick things up super quickly with little to no direction. Other's will still be lost with the simplest of menus. I assume when you mean Zommable pix you mean that you can digitally zoom in and whatnot on a photo editing software. This camera takes 20MP images, which gives some flexibility in terms of post photo cropping. However, you also would need to consider the Macro Capabilities of the camera as well. Are you looking to take full body images of the pens or only specific parts?
