Tenacious-CThis will alter the flavor and acidity of your coffee. Paper filters absorb certain chemical compounds and coffee oils, which is why they are generally recommended.

Tenacious-CI use a gold plated filter and really like the results. Need a new one every couple of years. I roast my own coffee and very sensitive to taate.
