Harvest Label 3-Way Duffel Pack

The zipper on my bag ripped and there is a hole on the first trip I took with it. This is due to badly designed shoulder straps, they pull on the zipper in 1 specific place. If you wear this as a backpack, it will rip the zipper eventually. Guaranteed. It is a design flaw.
